More about the service
When required, the architect, structural engineer and the designers of building services and other disciplines visit the site, clarify the documentation and review whether the work corresponds to the approved investment design.
If an unforeseen situation arises, we discuss the possible solutions with the contractor, construction consultant and client. Permissible changes are documented in the prescribed manner without compromising safety, function or the architectural concept.
Author supervision does not replace independent construction supervision or the site’s technical manager. Its role is for the designers to protect and clarify their own design solutions during construction.
